I’m just going to laugh because I thought it was pretty obvious I made that post because of how the perspective made his arms look that much longer. But I’m a moderate/high intuitive so I forget that most of the world is made up of sensors who take everything literally.

and now I’m done. I’m just in a snarky mood today.

That is all.

Right now I’m angry at the website www.skinnygossip.com for promoting the way of thinking that skinny is the only form of beauty.

I’ve always been of the opinion that beauty starts within and some of these posters are not reflecting any qualities of inner beauty.

And then they claim that only skinny girls are targeted in shaming. As if “fat” girls are never publicly shamed because of their size. I have personally experienced being insulted because of my weight. From people I know and complete strangers on the street.

I’ve lost weight since, but who cares? I’m still the same person and I am proud of who I am now just as I was then. (Although the insults didn’t help my other self-confidence issues and depression at the time, but that’s another story.)

What really gets me is their comment that curvy girls (fat girls, as the website calls them) only voice how proud they are of their size because they want to feel better about themselves for not being skinny.

Just. No.

Everyone deserves the right to be happy with who they are. There’s nothing wrong with being fat or skinny or somewhere in the middle. There’s also nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight, if that’s what will make you happier or healthier. What’s wrong is promoting the thinking that everyone needs to be a certain way in order to be beautiful or acceptable in society. This is what skinnygossip.com is doing and I don’t approve.

Don’t be beautiful because of your size. Be beautiful because of who you are.

Meeting Tom Hiddleston was definitely the best part of my summer and life. I wish that the flash on my camera worked when I got the photos lol, but that’s life, and I could’ve had a working flash and no photo at all. I think they turned out pretty great though.

We went down to Cleveland yesterday to kind of explore the area, because I obviously wanted to catch a glimpse of the set and hopefully meet an actor or somebody. The hotel we stayed at was pretty cool, and I had heard that some of the celebrities were actually residing in that same one. I was sitting there with my Dad in the lobby, having a drink when all of the sudden I see a man walk out of the elevator. He was tall. He had on cool sunglasses. And honestly, I could recognize the Loki hairstyle anywhere. I tried to not spaz out because I REALLY wanted to go up and say hi to him so this is what happened:

Me: Um, excuse me? Hi! 
Tom: (smiles) Hello! (OMG HIS ACCENT Y’ALL. HIS. ACCENT)
Me: I know you’re probably really busy but I just wanted to say that I am such a huge fan of yours, and if you don’t mind, I’d love to take a picture with you.
Tom: (takes off sunglasses) (i swoon internally) Well of course, and thank you. We have to be fast though because I have to get going. What’s your name?
Me: I’m Cassie!
Tom: Well Cassie, it is lovely to meet you, I’m Tom. (shakes my hand)
(dad is walking over with camera) (i’m dying over how he is perfect)
Me: I just have to say I am such a huge fan of the franchise and I think that it is so cool how you and all of the other actors are coming together to do this. I can’t even begin to tell you wow I’m sorry I’m rambling!
Tom: Thank you!

We ended up taking two photos because he wanted to make sure that I had an okay one since my camera wasn’t working. HE WAS SO NICE. I just can’t emphasize that enough I thought it was so awesome. What was really cool to me was that I could tell how he noticed that meeting him and telling him about how I felt about this franchise ment so much to me. And I think that made him happy too?! lmao I was so shy.  After he took the photo he shook my hand again and said it was nice meeting me and to take care.

It was really fucking cool.
